By accessing or using the Triffix platform, software products (including Inch), APIs, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Authorized Use & Ethical OSINT
Triffix software tools, including Inch, are designed strictly for authorized cybersecurity research, defensive threat hunting, SOC telemetry analysis, and open-source intelligence gathering. Users agree not to utilize Triffix platforms for unlawful surveillance, unauthorized network intrusion, harassment, or malicious activities.
3. Intellectual Property
All brand marks, proprietary algorithms, design assets, and content on Triffix properties are owned by Triffix and its founders. Open-source contributions made under collaborative agreements remain governed by their respective open licenses.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
Triffix software products and telemetry reports are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Triffix is not liable for third-party registrar data inaccuracies or misuse of generated threat dossiers by external actors.
